The Process
Your Solar Quote
Once you have filled in your details we will contact you within one business day. You most likely will speak with Luke the owner of Green Volt!
After our initial phone consultation we will arrange for an on-site inspection. This allows us to answer any questions you may have and also get an understanding of the homes energy needs and customer goals. Your site inspection will be conducted by a licensed Electrician and Clean Energy Council Accredited Installer.
The site inspection is purely to provide friendly expert advice and determine the best system for the customer. We won’t try and pressure you into a sale. We will email a detailed quote within 24hrs of your site inspection
Accepting the Solar Quote
If you choose to proceed with a system from Green Volt we ask for a 10% deposit and the signed acceptance of the contract in the issued quote. Shortly after we will notify you of the expected install date. This is usually 3-6 weeks from the time of acceptance.
Once your system is up and running we will issue you with all of the warranty and compliance paperwork needed for your system. We will need you to contact your energy retailer to arrange for a new NET meter to be installed (don’t worry this is free). We will provide all the needed paper work to get your NET meter connected as quick as possible (usually 3-4 weeks)
Once your system is up and running that’s not the end of our relationship. If you have any questions regarding your power bill or your online monitoring we would be more than happy to assist. We want you to be another one of our raving reviews!
